Shariah-Compliant Investment Wealth Creation and Distribution Performance

RM57.00

Shariah-compliant investments are investments that comply with shariah rules in financial and business transactions which prohibit Riba (usury), Gharar (speculation), and Maisir (gambling). Shariah-compliant investments provide alternatives to Islamic investors who chose to invest in funds or companies adopting Islamic values which are compatible with their belief. However, like others, Islamic investors would only invest in funds or companies that create values and returns to their investments. The question is, would those prohibitions serve as the shields towards better management of shariah-compliant assets or firms? And for other investors, would this type of investment provide competitive alternative investment option other than conventional investment.
